Short version: Prune is free to download. If any paid feature is ever purchased through the App Store or Google Play, refunds are handled directly by Apple or Google under their store policies.
Prune is free
The core Prune app is free to download and use. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal for the App itself.
Store purchases
If Prune offers any optional paid feature in future, it is sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Because those stores process the payment, refund requests are handled by them, not by us.
Requesting an Apple refund
For purchases made through the App Store, request a refund via Apple’s process at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides refunds under its own policy.
Requesting a Google Play refund
For purchases made through Google Play, request a refund via the Google Play refund process. Google decides refunds under its own policy.
