Terms of Service

A subscription tracker, not financial advice.

Last updated: July 6, 2026

Short version: Prune helps you track your own recurring spend on your device. It is not a bank, does not connect to your accounts, and does not give financial advice.

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using Prune ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. What Prune does

Prune is a personal subscription and recurring-spend tracker. You enter your subscriptions manually and Prune helps you see what renews, what it costs, and what is worth keeping. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. No financial advice

Prune is a tracking tool. It does not provide financial, investment, or tax advice, and it is not a bank, broker, lender, or remittance service. Nothing in the App constitutes financial advice. Consult a qualified adviser before making financial decisions.

4. Pricing and purchases

Prune is free to download and use. If any optional paid features are offered in future, they will be clearly described at the point of purchase, and payment would be charged to your Apple ID or Google account. Any refunds for store purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their store policies — see our Refunds page.

5. Your data

Your subscription data is stored locally on your device or in your browser. We do not sell your personal data. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prune and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any missed renewal or charge.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Contact
